Terms of service

Tour Body · Updated October 22, 2026

The service

Tour Body, operated by foreign body Inc., helps artists, managers and promoters organise and share schedules, journeys, event details and documents. Settlement and accounting are handled outside Tour Body.

Your account and content

Use your own account and accurate information. Keep sign-in credentials private. You retain ownership of uploaded content and must have the right to share it with your team and selected processing services. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate someone, send abusive invitations or access another team’s data without permission. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Sharing, blocking and reporting

Each tour and event has its own permissions. Sending a link does not grant access beyond them. You can decline an invitation, decline it and block invitations from the same sender, report an invitation, tour or announcement, and leave a tour you joined. Reports are reviewed by foreign body through club@foreignbody.life. We may remove content and restrict or end access for accounts that break these terms or harm the service or its users.

Confirm before travelling

Information comes from your team and external providers. AI extraction produces a draft that needs review. Flight, gate, traffic and pickup details can change or be unavailable, and a shared location shows when it was last received. Confirm important information with the airline, venue or tour contact. Tour Body is not an emergency service.

Premium

Tour Body is free for up to 3 active tours you create; tours you are invited to never count. Premium, an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, removes that limit and includes every feature that uses AI, such as itinerary import and reading tickets and vouchers. The price, currency, tax treatment and billing period are shown before you subscribe. If a price changes, we tell you before it applies and you can cancel first.

App Store subscriptions

A subscription bought in the iPhone app is charged to your Apple ID account. App Store subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, and request refunds from Apple. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Web subscriptions

USD subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy at the price shown before checkout, with any applicable tax shown at checkout. Manage or cancel them through the link in the receipt email or contact us. Where KRW subscriptions are enabled and you choose them, Toss Payments processes card registration and recurring payments using a supported card issued in South Korea. The KRW price is 20,000 won per month or 200,000 won per year, including VAT. After your explicit recurring-payment consent, the first payment is made when your subscription is confirmed; the same VAT-inclusive amount is then charged each month or year until you cancel. The yearly plan is billed as one annual payment. Your next billing date, card details with the number masked, and payment history are shown in Settings > Premium.

Cancellation and refunds

For a Toss Payments subscription, cancel renewal in Settings > Premium before the next billing date. Cancellation stops subsequent renewals and Premium continues until the paid period ends. If a payment is already being authorised, cancellation may need to be retried after its result is known; check the confirmation or contact support. Ending Premium does not delete or hide what you created. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. To request a refund for a web purchase, contact club@foreignbody.life or use Support; Apple purchases are handled through Apple. Refund and withdrawal requests are considered under applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s process. These terms do not waive any statutory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights.

Optional services

External services and taxi/map apps have their own terms. Optional Google access can be revoked in your Google Account.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the app: on iPhone, Account → Delete account; on the web, Settings → Delete account. Before you confirm, the app shows what happens to the tours you own and whether the common foreign body account stays for other apps. The privacy policy explains what is deleted and when. Before deleting, cancel a Toss KRW subscription in Settings → Premium, an App Store subscription in Apple subscription settings, or a USD subscription through its receipt email link. Account deletion alone does not confirm cancellation across payment providers; check each subscription’s cancellation status. Logging out alone does not delete your account.

Availability and applicable rights

Maintenance or failures may interrupt the service. To the extent permitted by law, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. These terms do not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel.
