Start with your itinerary

Create a tour from Tours, then add a city, date and first schedule item. You can invite your crew when you are ready.

Have an invitation? Sign in with the invited account, accept it and open the tour. You do not need to create another tour.

Invite and manage your crew

The tour owner can create an invitation link in Team → Invite. Choose artist or manager and whether they may edit the schedule, then share the link. It expires after 7 days. The recipient signs in and chooses to join; opening the link alone does not add anyone.

In Team, the owner can cancel a pending invitation or remove someone from the tour. Their account stays. Stopping an invitation link prevents new joins but does not remove people who already joined.

1. Open your next journey

Today and each tour day show the schedule in time order. Open a journey to check when to leave, where to meet and how to get there. Tap an address to copy it, or use Maps and Taxi.

Times use the location shown on the item. An unconfirmed time stays TBC. A performance after midnight belongs to the following calendar day.

On a show or travel day, tap Lock Screen next to the schedule to keep the next item and your flight on the iPhone Lock Screen. iOS calls this Live Activities.

2. Check what changed

Open updates from Today. Check the changed field and the last refresh time. Saved information remains available when a refresh fails; it is not a new live update.

Flight gates and terminals may be unavailable or change. Confirm with the airline or airport before travelling.

3. Keep documents ready

Open the tour documents to find tickets and hotel vouchers by date. Save a document on this device before going offline, and check that it opens. Logging out removes private saved files.

Share only what you choose

Crew location sharing starts only when you turn it on. Choose 15 minutes, 1 or 2 hours, or until you stop it. On iPhone it keeps sharing in the background until then; in a browser it stops when you leave the page. Notifications and location permission are optional for viewing your itinerary.

Your dot on the crew map shows which way you are facing; in a browser, tap My direction first. The direction is worked out on your device and never sent. Tap a crew member who is sharing and choose Directions to open Google Maps.

Promoters work on the event shared with them. A shared event does not grant access to every tour or document.

Share selected dates lets the accounts you choose read only selected dates, cities and optional venue or schedule information in Network Body. For example, share one city's visit with a local contact. Recipients do not become crew members, and private contacts, accommodation, live locations and documents are not included.

Free and Premium

The free plan includes up to 3 active tours you create, and every tour you are invited to. Premium removes that limit and adds AI itinerary import and AI reading of tickets and vouchers.

See your plan in Account → Plan on iPhone, or Settings → Plan on the web. When Premium ends, nothing you created is deleted or hidden.

Your account

An invitation’s menu lets you decline, decline and block, or report it. In a tour you joined, the tour menu has Leave tour and Report.

In Settings you can hide your name from team search, see the people you blocked and delete your account. On iPhone, account deletion is in Account → Delete account.
